Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes — cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, no cancellation fee and no email required. Your plan stays fully active until the end of the current billing period; you simply are not charged again.

Do credit packs expire?

No — pack credits never expire. A pack is a one-time purchase, and while any of its credits remain you keep every paid feature: all advanced models, 8K export, Canvas editing and editable SVG/PPTX exports.

What's the difference between a credit pack and a subscription?

They unlock the same features — the difference is how you pay. A subscription renews automatically, its credits arrive every cycle and expire, and it has the lowest price per credit. A pack is a single payment with no renewal and credits that never expire — ideal if you make figures occasionally. If you have both, subscription credits are always spent first, so a pack never loses value.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Checkout runs entirely on Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment provider, over an encrypted connection. You enter your card on Stripe’s own hosted page, never on ours.

Do you keep my payment information?

Accepted Answer

No. Card details are encrypted and handled end-to-end by Stripe — we never see or store your card number. All we keep is what your account needs: the plan, the order record and the invoice.
